Pushpa 2 Review
The biggest issue with movies like KGF, Animal, and Pushpa is how they glorify unethical individuals and those who succeed through shortcuts, all while hyping them up with mass background scores and portraying them as if they are warriors fighting for their country, community, or people.
Instead of celebrating the real heroes—like parents who sacrifice everything for their kids, true leaders who have fought or are still fighting for us, or even recognizing the power of the divine—our society ends up supporting these so called heroes and directors, who are essentially just stealing the audience’s time and money.
Pushpa 2 is yet another movie made for this specific target audience. An unethical hero, a heroine who blindly follows him no matter what he does, a weak and confused villain, a terribly written screenplay, songs that are just noise with no music, and scenes so poorly written that they show no respect for the viewer’s time, money, or the values of the society we live in. This movie was one of the worst I’ve seen in recent times.
When you see movies or creators like this, just give them a sharp "slap" like the one referenced in the movie’s song!
